DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days across Canada.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout, with no unexpected charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most of our products are available for delivery within Canada. Certain items — including nutrition products, furniture, and oversized items — cannot be shipped outside Canada.

At checkout, you will automatically see whether your order can be delivered to your address.

MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple products, your items may arrive in separate packages. A tracking number will be provided for each shipment or group of items, allowing you to track your deliveries in real time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order, for any reason.

Exchanges are accepted for a different size, color, or style, subject to product availability.

Eligibility requirements:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The original packaging must be intact.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
